The Nature of the Universe

The universe is an enormous, expanding space that contains all matter, energy, galaxies, stars, planets, and even space itself. It began approximately 13.8 billion years ago with the Big Bang, a colossal expansion from an incredibly hot and dense state. Gravity shapes the structure of galaxies and holds planets and stars together. The universe is governed by fundamental forces and physical laws, yet it remains largely mysterious, with dark matter and dark energy making up most of its content. It’s a dynamic, interconnected system continuously evolving over cosmic timescales, inviting ongoing exploration and understanding.
