the Kirkpatrick Model
The Kirkpatrick Model is a way to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through four levels: First, whether participants liked it (Reaction); second, if they learned new skills or knowledge (Learning); third, whether they apply what they learned on the job (Behavior); and fourth, the overall impact on organizational goals, like increased productivity or sales (Results). This framework helps organizations understand if the training is successful and worth the investment by measuring both participants' perceptions and tangible outcomes.
