The Four Quadrants

The Four Quadrants is a framework that divides knowledge into four categories: What we know, what we don't know, what others know but we don't, and what we don't know we don't know. This model helps us understand our knowledge gaps and encourages curiosity. The first quadrant includes skills and facts we are aware of, the second involves uncertainty about our limitations, the third shows areas where experts have insights we lack, and the fourth highlights unknown unknowns, which are blind spots in our understanding that can lead to new discoveries.
