AQAL (All Quadrants, All Levels)

AQAL (All Quadrants, All Levels) is a framework developed by Ken Wilber that helps understand human experience and development comprehensively. It divides reality into four perspectives: individual interior (thoughts and feelings), individual exterior (behavior and biology), collective interior (shared culture and values), and collective exterior (social systems and environment). These are mapped onto four quadrants, and within each, there are various levels of growth or complexity. By considering all quadrants and levels, AQAL offers a holistic view that integrates personal, cultural, and systemic insights, promoting balanced understanding and growth across different dimensions of life.
