The Cultural Web Model is a framework for understanding the culture of an organization. It highlights six key elements: stories (the narratives that shape identity), rituals and routines (daily behaviors), symbols (logos and attire), power structures (decision-makers), organizational structure (hierarchies), and control systems (how performance is monitored). By examining these elements, organizations can identify their underlying beliefs and values, and how they influence behavior and performance.
