Cultural Web Model
The Cultural Web Model is a framework used to analyze and understand an organization's culture—the shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that shape how it operates. It identifies key components influencing culture: stories and myths told within the organization, symbols and logos, rituals and routines, organizational structures, control systems, and power relationships. By examining these elements, organizations can better understand their current cultural strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas for change. Essentially, it helps visualize the hidden forces that influence how people behave and make decisions within the organization.
