The 3 Principles

The 3 Principles—Mind, Consciousness, and Thought—are basic elements that shape our experience. Mind is the universal life force that gives rise to all thought and awareness. Consciousness is the ability to be aware of thoughts and feelings, allowing us to experience life. Thought refers to the constant stream of ideas and perceptions that produce our personal experience.
