Termination of Contracts

Termination of contracts refers to the ending of a legal agreement between parties. This can happen for various reasons, such as when both sides agree to end it, one party fails to fulfill their obligations (breach of contract), or if certain conditions specified in the contract are not met. Termination can also occur due to unforeseen circumstances, known as "frustration," which make it impossible to fulfill the contract. When a contract is terminated, the parties are generally released from their responsibilities, though some obligations, like confidentiality, may still apply.
