Tasbih
Tasbih is a form of Islamic devotional practice involving the repetitive recitation of specific phrases to glorify God, such as "SubhanAllah" (Glory be to God). It often uses a string of beads, called a Tasbih or Misbaha, typically with 33 or 99 beads, to count these phrases. The practice helps Muslims focus on their faith, cultivate mindfulness, and seek spiritual closeness to God. It's a personal, meditative act that can be performed anytime to reinforce spiritual awareness and gratitude.
