Tarabai

Tarabai was a prominent Indian ruler and warrior in the early 18th century who led the Maratha Empire during a period of crisis. After her husband, the Chhatrapati Rajaram, died, she acted as regent for their young son, Shivaji II. Tarabai successfully organized military campaigns against the Mughal Empire to protect her territory and maintain Maratha independence.
