Tampons
Tampons are absorbent products designed for menstrual hygiene, used internally to collect menstrual fluid during a woman's period. Typically made of cotton or a blend of absorbent materials, they come in various sizes and absorbency levels to suit individual needs. Tampons are inserted into the vagina using either fingers or an applicator, and they should be changed every four to eight hours to prevent discomfort and reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Many women choose tampons for their convenience and discretion, as they allow for a more active lifestyle during menstruation.
