
Syama Prasad Mookerjee
Syama Prasad Mookerjee was an Indian politician, scholar, and founder of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He played a key role in India's independence movement and later worked to integrate princely states into India. Mookerjee emphasized national unity and promoted Indian culture and heritage. He was also the Minister for Industry and Supply in Jawaharlal Nehru's government. Known for his strong patriotism and vision of a united India, he sacrificed his life while protesting the special status of Jammu and Kashmir in 1953, making him a respected figure in Indian politics.
