Swigert's Law states that the time it takes for a system to respond to a change is directly proportional to the time it takes to observe that change. In other words, when you make an adjustment or introduce a variation, the effects aren’t immediately visible; they become measurable only after a period related to the system's inherent response time. This principle emphasizes the importance of patience and accounting for delays when analyzing or controlling dynamic systems, whether in engineering, economics, or other fields, to avoid premature conclusions.
