Space Force

The United States Space Force is the latest branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, established in December 2019. Its primary mission is to protect U.S. interests in space, ensuring the security and dominance in the increasingly contested domain of outer space. This includes safeguarding satellites, managing space-based navigation and communication systems, and preparing for potential military operations in space. The Space Force also works to develop new technologies and strategies to counter threats from other nations and non-state actors. Essentially, it aims to ensure safety and superiority in the final frontier.
