SOV (Syndicate Workers' Organization)
SOV (Syndicate Workers' Organization) is a collective group formed by workers within a specific industry or trade to represent their interests. Its primary goals are to improve working conditions, secure fair wages, advocate for workers’ rights, and influence industry policies. By banding together, members gain collective strength to negotiate with employers, address workplace issues, and ensure their concerns are heard. SOVs promote solidarity among workers, often engaging in dialogue, negotiations, and sometimes collective actions like strikes, to achieve their objectives and protect their livelihoods.
