Sound and Vision
Sound and vision are two primary ways humans perceive the world. Sound involves vibrations traveling through air (or other mediums) that our ears detect, enabling us to hear speech, music, or noise. Vision relies on light entering our eyes, where it hits the retina, sending signals to the brain to interpret shapes, colors, and movement. Both senses work together to help us understand our environment, communicate, and experience art and media. They require specialized organs and complex processes to convert physical stimuli into meaningful perceptions, forming the foundation of our interactions with the world around us.
