
Sir Doug Nicholls
Sir Doug Nicholls was an influential Australian Aboriginal leader, athlete, and advocate for Indigenous rights. Nicholls served as the Governor of South Australia from 1976 to 1977, becoming the first Indigenous person to hold such a position.
