Senedd (Welsh Parliament)

The Senedd, or Welsh Parliament, is the legislative body responsible for making laws and decisions on devolved issues in Wales, such as health, education, and transportation. It is composed of Members of the Senedd (MSs) elected by Welsh residents. The Senedd works to represent the interests of Wales, scrutinize the government, and pass legislation that affects daily life. It operates alongside the UK Parliament in Westminster but focuses specifically on matters devolved to Wales, helping ensure decisions are made closer to the people they impact.
