Self-management socialism
Self-management socialism is an economic and political system where workers collectively control and manage their own workplaces and resources, rather than being directed by a central authority or private owners. In this model, decisions are made democratically among employees, promoting cooperation and shared responsibility. The goal is to create a more equitable society where the benefits of production are distributed fairly among those who contribute to it, while also allowing for greater individual empowerment and participation in the economy. This approach seeks to merge socialist ideals with a focus on grassroots involvement and autonomy.
