
San Diego Chargers
The San Diego Chargers were a professional American football team based in San Diego, California. Founded in 1960, they played in the National Football League (NFL) after merging with the American Football League (AFL) in 1970. The Chargers were known for their distinctive powder blue uniforms and a strong fan base. They experienced notable success, including their appearance in the Super Bowl in 1995. In 2017, the franchise relocated to Los Angeles and is now known as the Los Angeles Chargers, competing in the NFL's Western Division.
