Qualcomm Stadium

Qualcomm Stadium, located in San Diego, California, was a versatile sports and entertainment venue primarily hosting professional football for the San Diego Chargers and college games for San Diego State University. Opened in 1952 and known for its distinctive barrel-arched roof, it also hosted concerts, bowl games, and community events. The stadium had a seating capacity of about 70,000 and was renowned for its adjustable field configurations. It was replaced by a new stadium in 2020 and was demolished in 2021 to make way for urban development.
