Rosenfeld's Law
Rosenfeld's Law suggests that as our access to information increases—thanks to technology and the internet—our rate of learning and memory retention actually declines. Essentially, the more knowledge we have at our fingertips, the less we feel the need to remember it. Instead of memorizing facts, we often prefer to rely on quick sources of information. This phenomenon highlights the trade-off between easy access to vast amounts of information and the deeper understanding and retention that comes from actively engaging with and storing knowledge in our minds.
