Rolfing practitioners
Rolfing practitioners are trained professionals who use a form of manual therapy called Rolfing Structural Integration. They work by applying targeted, deep tissue manipulation to improve posture, align the body, and enhance movement and comfort. This therapy addresses imbalances and restrictions in the connective tissues (fascia) that support muscles and bones. Rolfers often incorporate a series of sessions to help clients achieve better body awareness, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being through deliberate alignment and integrated movement patterns.
