Richard's Lion-Heart

Richard the Lionheart, also known as King Richard I of England, was a medieval king famous for his bravery and military leadership. He earned his nickname "Lionheart" because of his courage and strength in battle. He spent much of his reign involved in the Crusades, fighting to capture and defend territories in the Middle East. Despite being a king, he often focused more on warfare than ruling his kingdom, which made him a legendary figure for his valor and adventurous spirit. His leadership and character made him a symbol of courage and chivalry in medieval Europe.
