resuscitation techniques
Resuscitation techniques are emergency procedures used to help someone whose heart has stopped or who isn’t breathing. The most common method is CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), which involves chest compressions to manually pump blood and sometimes rescue breaths to provide oxygen. The goal is to restore blood flow and oxygen delivery until professional help arrives or the person recovers. Using an automated external defibrillator (AED) can also be critical; it analyzes the heart rhythm and delivers an electric shock if needed to restore a normal heartbeat. Prompt action can significantly improve the chances of survival.
