Reptile
Reptile is a meta-learning algorithm designed to help models quickly adapt to new tasks with limited data. It does this by training a model across multiple tasks, encouraging its parameters to move toward a common set that is a good starting point for adaptation. During training, Reptile makes small adjustments to the model parameters and then "snaps back" toward this unified point, effectively learning how to learn efficiently. When faced with a new task, the model can then quickly fine-tune from this well-informed starting point, enabling rapid learning with minimal data.
