Relocation Diffusion
Relocation diffusion is a process in cultural diffusion where people move from one place to another and bring their cultural traits—like language, traditions, or beliefs—with them. Unlike other forms of cultural diffusion, which might involve ideas spreading through contact without physical movement, relocation diffusion specifically focuses on how cultures change and evolve as individuals or groups migrate. This can happen through immigration, colonization, or travel, leading to a blend of cultures in new locations while the original culture may diminish in the place they left.
