Relational Frame Theory-based Training
Relational Frame Theory (RFT)-based training is a psychological approach that helps individuals learn how to understand and relate different concepts and words based on their connections. It teaches that our minds naturally form relationships between ideas—such as recognizing that "bigger" relates to "smaller" or "hot" relates to "cold." RFT training uses these relationships to improve thinking, communication, and behavior. By practicing how to see and manipulate these connections, people can develop better problem-solving skills, emotional regulation, and social understanding in a structured, evidence-based way.
