Racionalismo
Racionalismo, or rationalism, is an epistemological approach that emphasizes reason as the primary source of knowledge. It holds that certain truths can be known through intellectual reflection and logical deduction, often independent of sensory experience. Rationalists believe that the mind has innate ideas and that understanding fundamental principles of reality can be achieved through reasoning alone. This approach contrasts with empiricism, which relies on sensory experience. Notable rationalists include Descartes, Leibniz, and Spinoza, who argued that logic and innate ideas are essential for discovering reliable and certain knowledge about the world and ourselves.
