Puberty

Puberty is the natural process during which a child's body develops into an adult's capable of reproduction. It involves physical changes like growth spurts, development of primary and secondary sexual characteristics (such as breasts and facial hair), and hormonal shifts that affect mood and behavior. These changes are triggered by the brain's release of hormones that signal the reproductive organs to mature. Puberty typically begins between ages 8 and 14 and varies individually. It prepares the body for adulthood and sexual activity, marking an important stage of physical and emotional development.
