Prolactinomas

Prolactinomas are benign tumors of the pituitary gland that produce excessive amounts of the hormone prolactin. In men, it can cause reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, and breast enlargement. Prolactinomas are usually diagnosed through blood tests and imaging studies like MRI.
