Private pilot license

A Private Pilot License (PPL) is a certification that allows individuals to fly small aircraft privately, without compensation. To obtain a PPL, a person must complete ground school covering aviation knowledge, pass a medical exam, and log a minimum number of flight hours, including solo flying. After mastering flight skills, they must pass a written test and a practical flying test with an examiner. With a PPL, pilots can fly for recreation, carry passengers, and share flight expenses, but they cannot operate for hire or compensation. This license enhances personal freedom and adventure in aviation.
