Preußen

Preußen, or Prussia, was a historically significant German state that emerged in the 16th century, eventually becoming a powerful kingdom and leading the unification of Germany in the 19th century. Known for its efficient bureaucracy, disciplined military, and contributions to European politics, Prussia played a key role in shaping modern Germany. Its capital was Berlin, and it was renowned for its military prowess and influence within the German Confederation and later the German Empire. Prussia ceased to exist as a separate entity after World War II when its territory was divided among various countries.
