The Pre-Aksumite Culture refers to the early civilization in Ethiopia that existed before the rise of the Aksum Empire around 1,000 BCE. It includes early human settlements and communities that developed farming, pottery, and trade. These people built simple villages, created tools from stone and metal, and engaged in early exchanges of goods with neighboring regions.
