Pomodoro
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that helps improve focus and productivity. It involves working in focused intervals called "Pomodoros," typically lasting 25 minutes, followed by a short 5-minute break. After completing four Pomodoros, you take a longer break, usually 15-30 minutes. This approach encourages sustained concentration by balancing work and rest, reducing burnout, and making tasks feel more manageable. It’s useful for maintaining motivation and providing clear structure to work periods, helping individuals stay organized and efficient throughout their tasks.
