Pomo

Pomo, or Pomodoro Technique, is a time management method designed to improve focus and productivity. It involves working in short, dedicated intervals called "Pomodoros," typically lasting 25 minutes, followed by a short break of about 5 minutes. After completing four Pomodoros, a longer break of 15-30 minutes is taken. This cyclical approach helps break work into manageable segments, minimizes distractions, and keeps energy levels sustained. By tracking these intervals, individuals can better understand their work habits, enhance concentration, and reduce burnout, making tasks feel more approachable and structured.
