Their insights and experiences help ensure that healthcare decisions and research priorities reflect real needs and concerns. PPI can include giving feedback, helping design studies, or advising on healthcare improvements. It promotes transparency, relevance, and better outcomes by involving those directly affected by healthcare, making sure their voices are heard throughout the process.
