Patentable inventions
Patentable inventions are new creations that provide a useful function and meet specific criteria. To qualify for a patent, an invention must be novel (not known before), non-obvious (not easily derived by someone skilled in the field), and useful (it must serve a practical purpose). This includes new processes, machines, compositions of matter, or improvements on existing inventions. A patent grants the inventor exclusive rights to their invention for a limited time, allowing them to prevent others from making, using, or selling it without permission, thus encouraging innovation and investment in new ideas.
