OSCE Minsk Group

The OSCE Minsk Group is a diplomatic effort led by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, created to help resolve the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. It facilitates dialogue, proposes peaceful solutions, and encourages negotiations to achieve a long-term settlement.
