OLED materials
OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) materials are specialized organic compounds that emit light when an electric current passes through them. These materials are layered in a thin film within a display or lighting device. When powered, electrons and holes combine within these organic layers, producing light directly without the need for a separate backlight. This allows OLED screens to achieve vibrant colors, high contrast, and deep blacks, as each pixel can turn on or off independently. Due to their flexibility and efficiency, OLED materials are widely used in high-end screens, smartphones, and televisions.
