The Office of the High Representative (OHR) is an international organization responsible for overseeing the implementation of the civilian aspects of the Dayton Agreement, which ended the Bosnian War in 1995. It serves as a neutral supervisor ensuring that Bosnia and Herzegovina follow peace agreements, maintain stability, and implement political, legal, and economic reforms. The OHR has authority to coordinate international efforts, assist local institutions, and, if necessary, intervene in governance processes to promote peace and stability in the country.
