Observe-Orient-Decide-Act

The Observe-Orient-Decide-Act (OODA) loop is a decision-making process used to respond effectively to dynamic situations. It involves four steps: first, observing your environment to gather information; then, orienting yourself by analyzing that information and understanding the context; next, deciding on the best course of action based on your understanding; and finally, acting on that decision. This cycle repeats continuously, allowing individuals or organizations to adapt quickly, stay ahead of changing circumstances, and make more informed, timely decisions.
