Nutrient Film Technique

Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) is a hydroponic farming method where a very shallow stream of nutrient-rich water continuously flows over the roots of plants in a sloped, open channel. This constant flow supplies nutrients and oxygen, promoting healthy growth with minimal water usage. The system is efficient, requires less space, and allows for precise control over nutrient levels. As the water circulates, excess drains back into a reservoir to be reused, making NFT an eco-friendly and effective way to grow vegetables and herbs indoors or in controlled environments.
