Non-tenured Teachers

Non-tenured teachers are educators who do not have permanent employment status in a school. Unlike tenured teachers, who have job security and protections against arbitrary dismissal, non-tenured teachers typically work on contracts that can be renewed annually. Their positions may be evaluated more closely, and they can be let go more easily based on performance or budget changes.
