Non-exclusive License

A non-exclusive license is an agreement that allows the licensee (the person or organization receiving the license) to use certain rights, such as intellectual property, without being the only one who can do so. This means multiple licensees can use the same rights simultaneously. For example, if an artist grants a non-exclusive license to several companies to use a piece of artwork, all those companies can use it legally, while the artist retains ownership and can license it to others as well. This arrangement provides flexibility and broader access to creative works.
