Nguyễn Lữ

Nguyễn Lữ was a prominent leader during the Tây Sơn Rebellion in 18th-century Vietnam. As one of the three Tây Sơn brothers, he played a key role in overthrowing the ruling Nguyen and Trinh dynasties, aiming to unify Vietnam and improve societal conditions. Known for his military skill and strategic thinking, Nguyễn Lữ helped establish the Tây Sơn dynasty, which temporarily unified the country and challenged existing regional powers. His contributions are significant in Vietnamese history as part of a movement that sought reform and national independence during a period of political upheaval.
