Nguyễn Huệ was a prominent Vietnamese leader and military commander in the late 18th century, known for his role in unifying Vietnam under the Tây Sơn dynasty. Born in 1753, he led successful campaigns against both regional rivals and foreign forces, notably defeating the Qing Dynasty’s invasion in 1789.
