The Net Promoter System (NPS) is a customer feedback tool used by companies to gauge how likely customers are to recommend their products or services. After an interaction, customers answer a simple question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend us?" Based on their responses, customers are categorized as Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), or Detractors (0-6). The company's NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from Promoters. This score helps businesses understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, fostering stronger customer relationships and growth.
