NBNA stands for the National Black Nurses Association, a professional organization dedicated to representing African American nurses and promoting health equity. It provides support, advocacy, and networking opportunities to advance nursing practice, education, and research within the Black community. By addressing health disparities and promoting diversity in healthcare, NBNA aims to improve healthcare outcomes and empower Black nurses to excel in their careers and serve their communities effectively.
