Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps

The Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) is a college program that prepares students to become commissioned officers in the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps. Participants attend regular college courses alongside military training, gaining leadership skills, military knowledge, and physical fitness. Upon graduation and completion of training, they are commissioned as officers and can serve aboard ships, in the Marine Corps, or in other Navy-related roles. The program often includes scholarships and incentives, helping students fund their education while integrating military service into their academic experience.
